Right To Promote
“Providing Party” (Progression Agency) shall have the perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the name, likeness, and image of “Client” in relation to the service provided.
Providing Party Not Held Liable
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Providing Party, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to Client’s use of the services provided by Providing Party.
The Providing Party shall not be held legally or financially liable for any issues, disputes, or damages arising in relation to the services provided to the Client, including any interactions or transactions between the Client and any leads generated by the Providing Party. This includes but is not limited to any disputes arising from the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Client, any leads generated by the Providing Party, or the Providing Party itself.
The Client shall indemnify and hold the Providing Party harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such issues or disputes. Client also agrees that all information provided to Providing Party is accurate and true and legal for Providing Party to use.
