Myrtle Beach Website Design: A Booking Funnel for Direct Reservations, Stage by Stage

Updated November 2026 · Written and maintained by the Progression Agency strategy team

Myrtle Beach website design should be judged by how many guests finish checkout on your own site instead of a travel platform’s. This page walks that funnel stage by stage for rental managers, resorts, golf courses and restaurants on the Grand Strand: how out-of-state planners arrive, what unit pages must settle, how to show an all-in price, what South Carolina’s rental law asks at checkout, and what brings guests back. A side-by-side of direct and platform bookings comes first, and budgets arrive before the last stage. Progression, a New York City firm, works with Myrtle Beach clients remotely; the first step is a free proposal and a written scope.

The short answer A site earns its keep when a guest can go from a search to a signed, paid booking without leaving it. On the Grand Strand that path has six stages: the planner from out of state arrives, the unit page answers the doubts, the total price comes first, checkout runs on your real calendar, the agreement and deposit follow the state’s Vacation Rental Act, and a return visit is easy to make. Resorts, golf courses and restaurants join the same path at different points. Travel platforms stay in the plan, since they bring guests who have never heard of you. We are in New York City and work with Myrtle Beach clients remotely.

The South Carolina Code article on vacation rentals, the federal rule on fees, two City of Myrtle Beach notices, the Visit Myrtle Beach news page, a WMBF report and Airbnb’s fee help article were each opened in November 2026, and any of them can change. This page is general information, not legal advice. Ask your own counsel about the rental agreement and the price rule, and your CPA about taxes.

Myrtle Beach website design: direct booking and OTA side by side

A direct booking is a reservation made, accepted and paid on your own site. An OTA booking, short for online travel agency booking, is one made on someone else’s platform. On the direct path you hold the guest’s email, write the cancellation terms and answer the review; on the platform path the platform’s own terms and tools decide much of that, in return for a fee. Most Grand Strand managers should run both, and the site’s job is to win every guest who already knows the property or finds it alone.

If you are comparing web designers in Myrtle Beach, this table shows which pages you are really buying, because each row below turns into a screen, a field or a sentence in the agreement.

Same week, two paths
QuestionBooked through a travel platformBooked on your own site
Who holds the guest’s email?Whatever the platform’s terms allow. Read them before counting on it.You do, because the guest typed it into your own form.
Who sets the cancellation terms? The platform’s policies and the options it offers hosts. You do, in the rental agreement the guest accepts at Stage 5.
When are you paid?On the platform’s payout schedule. On the dates in your agreement and your payment setup, with money held as Stage 5 describes.
Who answers the review? The review sits on the platform’s listing, under the platform’s rules. You, on pages you control, if you collect reviews there.
What fee applies?Airbnb’s help center says most home hosts pay a single service fee of 15.5 percent, taken from the host’s payout. Other platforms publish their own.Card processing and the booking software’s charges, under contracts you sign.

Airbnb’s service fee article says it is moving all home hosts to a single fee structure, that most hosts on it pay 15.5 percent, and that the older split fee is being phased out. It also says the single fee is mandatory for most hosts, including hosts who use property management software. That is Airbnb’s own statement of its terms, read in November 2026, and it can change.

What one direct booking is worth against a platform booking is arithmetic, and our arithmetic of one direct booking section on the vacation rental marketing page already does it, so this page does not repeat the sums. Nothing here asks you to leave Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. They bring guests who have never heard of you. The six stages that follow are about the guests who have.

  • Ask for the guest’s email on the booking form and say what you will use it for.
  • Put the cancellation terms inside the agreement, where the guest accepts them, not in a footer link.
  • Print the payment dates in plain words next to the pay button.
  • Send the review request from your own post-stay email.

Stage 1 of Myrtle Beach web design: out-of-state planners arrive first

How the city pays for its promotion tells you who is reading. The City of Myrtle Beach describes the Tourism Development Fee as a one percent sales tax on items purchased within the city, accommodations included, and says state law directs 80 percent of the revenue to tourism advertisement and promotion aimed at non-South Carolina residents. The other 20 percent, the city adds, can go to property tax credits or tourism-related capital improvements. The state Department of Revenue’s tourism page lists Myrtle Beach under the Tourism Development Tax and describes the same purpose.

Stage 1 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: Out-of-state planners arrive. Rentals, resorts, golf and restaurants all start with the same question: where are you.

Read plainly, that is promotion aimed at people who do not live in South Carolina. A reader planning from Ohio or Ontario may not know what separates oceanfront from ocean view, which stretch of the Strand your building sits on, or how far the nearest golf course is. Your site has to say so near the top of the page, so that no one has to phone to find out. WMBF reported in September 2026 that city leaders and Visit Myrtle Beach are discussing a different split and that the 80 to 20 split is set in state law until 2029. This page describes the split as the city states it.

Visit Myrtle Beach’s news page gives one peak weekend to look at. It reported that CoStar put hotel occupancy at 93.2 percent on Saturday, July 4, 2026, and that Key Data put vacation rental occupancy at 87.5 percent the same day. A holiday Saturday is a peak night, so those figures say little about how a site performs on an ordinary one. For the Sunday after, Visit Myrtle Beach reported Key Data’s adjusted paid occupancy for vacation rentals at 67.5 percent, a different yardstick, so the two days are not a clean before and after. The point is only that one peak night says little about the rest of the calendar, and the rest of the calendar is where a planner is still comparing beaches.

The same news page describes an August 2026 national release that presented fall as a season of its own, inspiring travel beyond the traditional summer period. A site that already answers the planner’s questions can take that interest and turn it into a booking. Our tourism marketing agency page covers how destinations and attractions run this kind of promotion; here the question is what happens when the reader lands.

Pages that answer a first-time Strand planner

Write an area page only for a place you actually serve, and make each one say something the next cannot. Useful differences can be measured: minutes on foot to a public beach access, minutes by car to the airport and to the nearest golf course, whether the building has a pool, what kind of street runs outside. Trip-type pages do the same job by purpose: a family week, a golf trip for two foursomes, a long stay in the cooler months, a couples’ weekend.

  • Every area page carries real distances, not adjectives.
  • Every trip page lists the units or rooms that actually suit that trip.
  • Each page ends on the same booking path, with the dates carried over.
  • An area you do not serve gets no page.

Planners reach these pages through search, maps and links, and the work of earning that traffic sits on our hotel SEO page. This page treats the site as the place where those visits land.

Stage 2: unit pages that settle oceanfront, bedrooms and parking

A planner who cannot tell from a unit page whether the building faces the beach, who sleeps where, whether there is an elevator and where the car goes will leave for a page that says. These are the questions that end a visit at this stage, and the table puts each one where the guest expects to find the answer.

Stage 2 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: Unit pages settle the details. Rentals lead here. Resorts show rooms and golf shows packages on the same kind of page.
What a unit page has to settle
Question the guest hasWhat the page statesWhere it sits
Is it oceanfront or ocean view? The words you use, defined once and applied the same way on every unit page, plus the floor, the direction the balcony faces and anything between the building and the sand.Top of the page, beside the first photo
How far is the sand?Walking minutes by the route a guest would take, and the steps or crossings along it.Directly under the title
Who sleeps where? Each bedroom with its beds, any sleeper sofa and the maximum number of guests.A beds section with one photo per bedroom
Stairs or an elevator? The floor, whether an elevator serves it and how many steps lead from the car to the door.An access section near the price
Where does the car go?The number of spaces, whether they are assigned and any limit on vehicle size.A parking line beside the price
Are pets welcome? The policy and any pet fee, flagged for the total price at Stage 3.House rules and the price panel
How many nights at minimum? The minimum by season, with the dates each season runs.Beside the date picker

Is oceanfront the same as an ocean view?

Guests do not all read the two terms the same way, so the page has to say which one it means. Choose your terms once, write the definitions into an editor’s checklist, and have every unit page follow them. State the facts behind the word as well: the floor, the direction of the balcony and what stands between the building and the beach. A guest who books oceanfront and finds a road, a car park and another building in the way will probably say so in a review.

Which photos should come first?

Put the photos in the order of the questions in the table. The building from the beach side and the balcony view answer the first one; the way to the sand answers the second; the bedrooms answer the third.

Flow of five steps for ordering unit page photos: the building from the beach side, the way to the sand, each bedroom, entry and parking, then the living spaces.Flow of five steps for ordering unit page photos: the building from the beach side, the way to the sand, each bedroom, entry and parking, then the living spaces.
A photo order built from the questions on the unit page table. The captions carry the facts.

How should minimum nights by season appear?

Next to the date picker, with the dates each season runs, so a guest who picks a Tuesday to Thursday in the middle of the summer learns the rule before pressing a button and not after. Show it as a message tied to the dates, such as “In this week the minimum is seven nights,” and offer the closest dates that do work.

How do you state accessibility details?

Plainly, and only what is true. Say whether there are steps at the entry, whether an elevator serves the floor and whether the shower has a threshold; “no” is a useful answer to a guest who needs to know. The site’s own pages and booking steps should work for every visitor too, which our accessible website design page covers.

Stage 3: the total price before the date picker

Show every guest the full price they must pay, apart from government charges, before they choose dates, and keep it the most prominent price on every screen that shows one. That is a plain reading of the federal Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, 16 CFR Part 464, which names short-term lodging, including a short-term rental or vacation rental, among the things it covers. This section applies the rule’s words to a booking path and is not legal advice; ask counsel how it reaches your rates.

Stage 3 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: The total price comes first. Rentals, resort rooms and stay and play packages all show a price at this stage.

Section 464.2 says a business may not offer, display or advertise any price of a covered good or service without clearly and conspicuously disclosing the total price, and must disclose the total price more prominently than any other pricing information. The rule defines the total price as the maximum total of all fees or charges a consumer must pay for the good or service and any mandatory ancillary good or service. Government charges, shipping charges and fees for optional extras may be left out of it. Where the final amount of payment is displayed, that amount has to be at least as prominent as the total price.

Anything left out of the total has to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously before the guest consents to pay: the nature, purpose and amount of the excluded charge, and the final amount of payment. On a website, the rule’s definition of a clear and conspicuous disclosure calls for one that is unavoidable, and it must appear in each language in which the price appears. The rule also says it does not override state laws on unfair or deceptive fees that are consistent with it or protect consumers more. This page does not cover any state or local rule on price display.

Placeholder prices only. Which charges count toward the total price is a question for counsel.

Do I have to show cleaning fees in the price?

As the definition reads, a cleaning, resort or amenity fee that every guest must pay is a fee the guest must pay, so it belongs inside the total price. Fees that depend on a guest’s own choices, such as a pet fee or a late checkout, are where the line between mandatory and optional needs counsel’s reading. Put the answer in writing before the pages are designed, because the price panel is built around it.

Where do the tourism fee and other taxes go on the screen?

Taxes are government charges, which the rule lets a business leave out of the total price, so long as they are disclosed before the guest consents to pay. The City of Myrtle Beach calls its Tourism Development Fee a sales tax on purchases within the city, accommodations included, so for a property inside the city limits it is one of the lines to show as a tax. Name each tax, give its amount and put it above the pay button. Which taxes apply to your property, and at what rates, is a question for your CPA; this page gives no rates.

Stage 4: website design in Myrtle Beach, SC that managers should demand at checkout

Website design in Myrtle Beach, SC for a rental manager is mostly checkout engineering. The pages can be handsome and still lose the booking if the calendar is stale or the payment step breaks on a phone. These are the five things to insist on, and a proposal that is silent on any of them has left a gap for you to fill later.

Stage 4 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: Checkout on your own calendar. Restaurants take reservations here, and golf hands the request to a tee sheet.
  • A property management software connection. The engine reads availability and rates from the system you already run and writes bookings back. Ask which system, by name, and whether the link is built in or custom.
  • A real calendar. Availability updates when a booking lands anywhere, including on the platforms you list on. Ask how often it syncs and what happens when two guests book the same night inside that window.
  • Card and deposit handling. The guest pays on your site, a deposit or the full amount as your agreement says, and the receipt arrives at once. Where a rental management company holds guests’ money, its back office has to match the trust account line at Stage 5.
  • A checkout made for a thumb. One column, large date controls and wallet payments where the processor supports them.
  • An abandoned booking email. If a guest enters dates and an email address and leaves, one message returns them to the same dates and the same total price.

Our booking website design page sets out the engine types and has a section on hotels, inns and vacation rentals; read the hotels, inns and vacation rentals part first. On our side of a build, each connection is named in the written scope with its own allowance, because that is where fixed-price quotes tend to go wrong.

Questions for a Myrtle Beach web design company about the engine

Put these to any Myrtle Beach web design company, local or remote, before you sign, and write the answers down. When you collect proposals from Myrtle Beach web design companies, put the answers side by side before you compare prices.

  • Which booking engine or property management system does the site connect to, and who holds that contract, you or the studio?
  • Does the calendar sync both ways with the platforms you list on, how often, and what happens in a conflict?
  • Who owns the guest data the booking form collects, and can you export it on any day you ask?
  • Whose merchant account takes the payments?
  • What does the engine cost each month, and is that in the quote or separate?
  • Who fixes it, and how fast, when a booking does not arrive?

Where resorts, golf and restaurants join the funnel

Each of these businesses walks the same six stages but ends differently: a resort ends at its front desk, a golf course at its tee sheet and a restaurant at a table.

Resorts with a front desk

Whether the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act reaches a resort depends on a line in its scope section. Section 27-50-220(B)(1) says the article does not apply to lodging by hotels, motels, tourist camps or campgrounds regulated under Title 45, and the same item names condominiums with multiple owners who rent units daily or longer and provide a front desk or office for customer service, a centralized telephone system, or housekeeping at no additional charge. Which side of that line a particular resort sits on is a question for counsel, and this page does not answer it. Either way, a resort’s own site gives guests a reason to book direct when it shows perks before the date picker, such as a parking pass or an early check-in request, offered only if you really give them. Our hotel website design page covers how a hotel’s booking engine should feel like its site.

Stay and play: selling golf with the room

Visit Myrtle Beach uses the label “The Golf Capital of the World” for the area, and its October 2026 news item lists 100 years of Myrtle Beach golf among the 2027 celebrations it took to Canadian travel media. A stay and play package page should do three things. It collects what a golf trip needs to decide: how many rooms, which days to play and how many players. It prices the package as a total, as Stage 3 describes. And it hands the tee-time request to the course’s tee sheet with the dates, player count and contact details already filled in, so nobody types them twice. Foursomes travel with questions of their own about rounds and tee times, so list them. Our golf course marketing page covers tee-time marketplaces and direct booking in depth.

Restaurants: menu, reservation and the off-season hours

A restaurant’s last step is a table. Put the menu on the page as text, not a PDF; make the reservation button one tap from every page; and publish hours by season with the date each schedule starts, so a planner arriving in a quiet month does not find a closed door. Keep the hours on your Google Business Profile in step with the site. Our website for restaurants page goes through the rest of the build.

Stage 5: agreement, deposit and the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act

This stage is specific to South Carolina. What follows states the text of the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act, Sections 27-50-210 to 27-50-270 of the state code, as read on the South Carolina Legislature’s site in November 2026, and then shows what each duty can look like on screen. It is general information, not legal advice. Ask counsel how the Act reaches your rentals, and ask the South Carolina Real Estate Commission about anything touching a license.

Stage 5 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: Agreement and deposit. Rental managers read the Act first. Resorts ask counsel which side of its scope they sit on.
Five stations from a written agreement to an evacuation order, as the Vacation Rental Act's text describes them.Five stations from a written agreement to an evacuation order, as the Vacation Rental Act's text describes them.
Five stations in order: a written agreement, acceptance by the guest, money into a trust account, advance payment terms stated, and an evacuation order.

Who the Act reaches

The question managers ask is “does the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act apply to my rental,” and Section 27-50-220 answers it by scope. The article applies to any rental management company acting for an owner, and to any other person or entity otherwise engaged in renting or managing residential property for vacation rental as the article defines the term.

How the Act’s scope reads
SituationWhat the text says
A vacation rentalA lease, sublease or other rental of residential property for fewer than ninety days, except weekly or monthly rental under the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
Residential propertyAn apartment, condominium, single family home, townhouse, cottage or other property devoted to residential use.
A rental management companyA licensed property manager-in-charge or broker-in-charge and their associates and employees who manage vacation rentals.
Lodging at hotels, motels, tourist camps and campgroundsNot covered when regulated under Title 45, including condominiums with multiple owners that rent daily or longer and provide a front desk or office, a centralized telephone system, or housekeeping at no additional charge.
Timeshare accommodationsNot covered when they are vacation timesharing accommodations as Section 27-32-10 defines them.

Acceptance, advance payments and the trust account

Section 27-50-240 requires a written vacation rental agreement for every vacation rental the article covers. The definitions say an agreement can be an electronically transmitted one, including an agreement entered into over the Internet. No agreement is valid and enforceable unless the tenant has accepted it, shown by at least one of three things: the tenant’s signature, including an electronic signature transmitted over the Internet or a similar medium; the tenant’s payment of any monies toward the agreement; or the tenant’s taking possession of the property.

A rental management company must place any monies received from the tenant in a trust account that meets Section 40-57-135(B). It may require the tenant to pay all or part of the rent, the security deposit or other fees in advance, and the terms of those advance payments, which may be nonrefundable, must be stated in the vacation rental agreement. A rental management company that signs a nonconforming agreement, or fails to sign one, is subject to discipline by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. The same section adds a duty to inform each owner under contract of the owner’s obligations.

  • Show the agreement in full on the booking path, before the pay button. The statute lists payment of any monies as one way acceptance is shown, so a payment step that comes first leaves the order of events to chance.
  • Record acceptance as an action the system keeps: a typed or drawn signature with the date, stored with the booking. Whether a design needs more than that is for counsel.
  • Print each advance payment with its amount, due date and refundability, in the words the agreement uses.
  • Attach the accepted agreement to the confirmation email.
  • Treat the trust account as a back office matter: the site’s payment settings and the manager’s accounting have to agree.

Storm season wording in the agreement

Section 27-50-260 says that if state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes a residential property subject to a vacation rental, the tenant in possession of the property shall comply with the evacuation order. That is all the section says, and this page adds nothing to it. What the site can do is link the agreement to the manager’s own storm policy, written by the manager with counsel, and keep that policy on one page that the booking path, the agreement and the confirmation email all point to.

Stage 6: guests who come back, Canadians included

The list you can write to comes from direct bookings. For what Airbnb allows when a conversation moves off its platform, read the off-platform policy section of our vacation rental marketing page, and see its section on email to past guests for the rules on sending. Nothing here asks you to break a platform’s terms.

Stage 6 of 6 on the path to a direct booking: Guests who come back. All four business types use the same email list built from direct bookings.

Visit Myrtle Beach’s October 2026 news item says Canada is Myrtle Beach’s largest international visitor market and that Canadian travelers typically stay around 10 days. It also says the organization took upcoming 2027 celebrations, including 100 years of Myrtle Beach golf and Can-Am Days, to journalists and travel advisors in Toronto, Burlington and Ottawa.

What does a 10 day stay change on a rental site?

A stay of around 10 days does not sit comfortably in a nightly rate grid. A weekly and longer rate page shows the total price for seven, ten and fourteen nights for the same unit and dates, with the total first, as Stage 3 describes. Minimum night rules from Stage 2 belong on the same page, so a guest sees the stay lengths that work.

How should prices show US and Canadian dollars?

Say which currency each price is in, beside the price and again on the confirmation. If your payment processor can charge in Canadian dollars, say so; if it cannot, say that too. Leave exchange amounts off the page, since they change by the hour.

Which offers belong in a fall email?

Offers that carry dates: a fall week, a long stay in the cooler months, a return to the same unit at the same time next year. Visit Myrtle Beach says its fall release set out to show travelers why fall is more than an extension of summer, so a note to past direct guests about those weeks has something to point to. A page for Can-Am Days in 2027 stays honest if it links to the organizers’ dates, which this page did not read, so confirm them before you publish. Show the total price first, and send the email only to guests who gave you their address.

Walk your own booking path before you brief anyone

The funnel is easiest to judge from the guest’s side, and the walk costs an afternoon. Do it on a phone, write down where each stage stops, and bring the notes to any proposal you collect.

  1. Arrive: open the site as a visitor from another state and check that the first screen says where you are and how far the sand is.
  2. Compare: open three unit pages and note which of a guest’s questions each one leaves unanswered.
  3. Price: search two sets of dates and check that the most prominent price on every screen is the total.
  4. Book: make a test booking and check that the calendar, payment and confirmation match your property management system.
  5. Agree: read the agreement as a guest and check that it appears before payment, with any advance payment terms stated.
  6. Return: open the confirmation and the post-stay emails and check that each one offers a way to book again.

Direct booking questions

What should Myrtle Beach website design do for a rental manager?
It should turn a search into a signed, paid booking on the manager’s own site. That takes unit pages that answer the guest’s questions, a total price shown first, a calendar that matches the property management system, and a checkout that carries the rental agreement.
How is Myrtle Beach web design different from a hotel brand’s site?
It answers to three local things a national hotel brand does not face in the same way: the city’s Tourism Development Fee shown as a tax, the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act at the agreement step, and the quiet weeks between peak weekends.
How much does website design in Myrtle Beach, SC cost?
No published price band is specific to Myrtle Beach. National bands put a small site at $3,000 to $25,000 and a custom site with unit pages and a connected engine at $15,000 to $100,000, and Progression’s own starting prices are in the table above. The engine subscription is separate.
Should we leave Airbnb and Vrbo once the site is live?
No. We recommend keeping both while direct bookings grow, because the platforms bring guests who have never heard of you. The site wins the guests who already know the property.
Do cleaning and resort fees have to appear in the advertised price?
As the federal fee rule defines total price, it includes every fee a consumer must pay, so a cleaning or resort fee charged on every stay belongs in it, while government charges may be shown separately. Ask counsel how the rule applies to your fees.
Does the South Carolina Vacation Rental Act apply to our units?
It applies to rental management companies and others renting or managing residential property for fewer than ninety days, apart from weekly or monthly rentals under the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and the lodging the article excludes. Ask counsel, and the South Carolina Real Estate Commission on licensing.
Can a guest accept a rental agreement online?
Yes, as the Act reads. It counts electronically transmitted agreements, including agreements entered over the Internet, and lists a signature including an electronic one, payment of any monies or taking possession as ways acceptance is shown. Ask counsel about the screen.
Does the Tourism Development Fee go on a Myrtle Beach booking?
The City of Myrtle Beach describes it as a one percent sales tax on items purchased within the city, accommodations included, so a stay inside the city limits is within that description. Ask your CPA how it applies to your property.
How should a golf package page work with a tee sheet?
It should collect the dates, the number of players and the rooms, show the package as a total price, and pass the tee-time request to the course’s tee sheet with those details filled in. Our golf course marketing page covers the booking side.
Which questions should a Myrtle Beach web design company answer in writing before we sign?
Ask which engine and property management system it connects to, who holds that contract, how the calendar syncs, who owns the guest data and whose merchant account takes payments. Get every answer in the written scope.
Do web designers in Myrtle Beach need to be local to do this?
No. The work is a booking path, a price panel and an agreement step, none of which needs a person on the beach. Progression is a New York City firm that works with Myrtle Beach clients remotely; we have no Myrtle Beach office or staff and make no site visits.
How do we bring back Canadian guests?
Start from what Visit Myrtle Beach says: Canada is its largest international visitor market and Canadian travelers typically stay around 10 days. Offer weekly and longer rate pages, state the currency beside each price, and email past direct guests with dated offers.
Does oceanfront have to mean the same thing on every page?
Yes, on your own site. Pick the meaning of oceanfront and ocean view once, put it in an editor’s checklist, and state the floor, balcony direction and what lies between the building and the sand on each unit page.
Can a site show taxes after the total price?
Under the federal rule, government charges may be left out of the total price, but their nature, purpose and amount must be disclosed clearly before the guest consents to pay. Show each tax as its own line above the pay button.
Does the Vacation Rental Act cover a resort with a front desk?
Its scope section excludes lodging by hotels, motels, tourist camps and campgrounds under Title 45, including multi-owner condominiums that rent daily or longer and provide a front desk or office, a centralized telephone system, or housekeeping at no additional charge. Which side a resort sits on is for counsel.
What does the Act say about deposits paid before arrival?
A rental management company may require rent, a security deposit or other fees in advance, and the terms of those advance payments, which may be nonrefundable, must be stated in the vacation rental agreement. Money received from the tenant goes into a trust account meeting Section 40-57-135(B).
What should an agreement page say about a hurricane evacuation?
The Act’s only storm line says a tenant in possession shall comply with a mandatory evacuation order. Beyond that, link to your own storm policy, written with counsel, and keep this page from promising refunds the policy does not.
How should a Myrtle Beach restaurant show seasonal hours?
List each schedule with the date it starts, in text, and keep your Google Business Profile hours in step. A planner arriving in a quiet month should see whether the doors are open before reading the menu.
Who owns the guest data collected through the booking form?
You should, and the contract should say so. Ask the studio and the engine vendor in writing where the data lives, who can export it and what happens to it if you change vendors.
Which numbers show the funnel is working?
Track the share of bookings made direct, the number of guests who leave at each checkout step, and checkout completion on phones against desktops. Compare them by month so one holiday week does not hide the quieter weeks.
