A HubSpot marketing agency sets up, cleans and runs the HubSpot portal that your marketing and sales teams work in every day: properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, forms, email and the reports leadership reads. We work as your HubSpot consultant from New York for companies across the United States and worldwide. We implement HubSpot, migrate records from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or spreadsheets, and build the workflows, integrations and custom objects the standard setup does not cover, all inside a portal you own. Below: HubSpot consulting services, an implementation checklist, onboarding, migrations, inbound marketing, audits, managed services, pricing and how to compare HubSpot agencies.

The short answerA HubSpot consultant earns the fee before anything is configured: the sales and marketing process is written down first, then the portal is set up to enforce it. Implementation, migration, automation and custom objects follow that design, and the work is quoted after a written scope. Our projects are fixed price after discovery, and ongoing retainers run month to month with 30 days of notice. HubSpot’s own subscription and onboarding fees are separate, set by HubSpot and shown on hubspot.com.
Our HubSpot work is quoted after a written scope. HubSpot’s own prices were read on hubspot.com in October 2026 and may change. HubSpot, Google, FTC and Yahoo pages were read in October 2026. General information, not legal advice.
What does a HubSpot marketing agency do?
A HubSpot marketing agency designs how your customer data, campaigns and sales process live in HubSpot, builds that design in your portal, and keeps it working after launch. Some firms stop at configuration. Others add the content, email and campaign work that runs through the portal. A HubSpot agency worth hiring tells you in writing which of those jobs it is taking on, and which it is not.
What is a HubSpot agency, and what does a HubSpot consultant do?
A HubSpot agency is a services firm that works inside client portals instead of selling its own software. A HubSpot consultant is the person, or the part of the firm, that designs the portal around how your company really sells: which properties exist, how a lead becomes a deal, who owns each step. An agency adds the content, email and campaign work that runs through that portal. A HubSpot consultant is usually the better first hire when the question is how to set it up, and an agency fits when you also want it operated.
Inside the portal: setup, data, automation and reports
Work in a HubSpot portal falls into four jobs. Setup covers the account, users, tracking and the sending domain, and is laid out in the implementation section below. Data covers properties, pipelines, imports and cleanup, and is covered in the CRM consulting and migration sections. Automation covers workflows, sequences and scoring, summarized further down. Reports cover the dashboards leadership reads, and the audit section shows how we check that those numbers can be trusted.
Where CRM consulting, marketing automation and custom development take over
Three neighboring pages go deeper than this one. Choosing between CRM platforms, or working in a system other than HubSpot, belongs with our CRM consultant page. Journeys, nurture programs and lead scoring across tools sit with our marketing automation agency page. Building beyond what the standard portal offers is the subject of our custom CRM development page. This page stays with the HubSpot portal itself.
HubSpot consulting services: what HubSpot consulting covers
HubSpot consulting services cover the decisions made before and around configuration: which Hubs to buy, how the process maps onto properties and stages, how data moves in, and how people learn to use it. The table lists the services, what each one changes in the portal and who signs it off. HubSpot consulting that skips the sign-off column tends to produce settings nobody owns.
| Service | What changes in the portal | Who signs it off |
|---|---|---|
| Portal design | A written map of properties, stages, owners and reports before any setting moves | Heads of sales and marketing |
| CRM setup | Properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, teams and permissions | Sales operations lead |
| Implementation | Tracking, sending domain, forms, routing, imports and workflows built in order | Project owner at your company |
| Migration | Records, history and consent moved from another tool, with a rollback plan | Owners of the source system |
| Onboarding and training | People trained by role, with short documentation | Team managers |
| Automation | Workflows, sequences and scoring with an owner and an off switch each | Marketing and sales leads together |
| Integrations | Website, ads, phones, billing and other tools connected | Whoever owns each connected system |
| Audit | A written assessment of what exists and what to fix first | The sponsor who asked for it |
| Managed services | Ongoing changes, reporting and cleanup under a monthly retainer | Your HubSpot admin or operations lead |
Choosing the Hubs, the edition and the seats
HubSpot sells its customer platform as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub and Data Hub, with the CRM beneath them. Each Hub comes in editions, and some are priced per seat, so the bill depends on who needs which tools. We recommend in writing, with the reasoning and the total cost, including seats, add-ons and the implementation itself, and we are not paid by vendors for those recommendations. The pricing section further down shows what HubSpot lists on its own pricing pages.
Mapping the sales and marketing process before anything is configured
Before a single property is created, someone has to write down where leads come from, how they are qualified, what the stages are, who owns each hand-off, which reports leadership expects and which systems have to connect. That document is the specification for the portal. It is also the thing most often missing when a company says its HubSpot account “just grew” and nobody trusts the pipeline report.
HubSpot consultant or an in-house HubSpot admin?
Use a HubSpot consultant for design, migration and rescue, where outside experience pays for itself in avoided rework. Use an in-house admin for daily changes: a new form, a new user, a tweaked report. Many teams need both at different times. Ongoing administration can also be handed to us as a retainer, so the admin seat is covered when the person who held it moves on.
HubSpot CRM consulting: pipelines, properties and lifecycle stages
HubSpot CRM consulting settles the vocabulary of your business before it becomes fields and stages. Done well, a HubSpot CRM setup reads the way your team already talks, and every report counts the same thing the same way. Done badly, HubSpot CRM implementation copies the default settings and leaves each rep to interpret them. For comparing HubSpot with other systems, our CRM consultant page covers the platform choice.
Deal pipelines with entry and exit rules
A deal stage means something only if there is a written rule for moving into it and out of it. We define each stage with the evidence required to enter, the properties that must be filled at that point and the action that moves it on. Close probability is set only where your own history earns it. Without rules like these, forecasts depend on which rep updated the deal last.
Lifecycle stages and lead status both teams agree on
HubSpot’s default lifecycle stages run from subscriber and lead through marketing qualified lead, sales qualified lead, opportunity and customer, to evangelist and other. HubSpot says they can be customized or replaced with your own, and that automatic updates only move a stage forward. HubSpot’s lifecycle stage article covers the mechanics. The business work is one written definition per stage, accepted by sales and marketing alike.
Is HubSpot considered a CRM?
Yes. HubSpot describes its free CRM as having no expiration date, and presents its marketing, sales, service and operations tools as connected to that one customer record. The Hubs add tools on top of the CRM. If you are weighing HubSpot against alternatives, our CRM software examples guide compares the common options.
HubSpot implementation: the implementation plan and checklist
HubSpot implementation is the ordered work of turning a written design into a working portal. The HubSpot implementation services we provide follow the sequence in the chart below, with the process map first and the cutover last. A HubSpot implementation plan that starts with workflows instead of data is the one that has to be redone.
A HubSpot implementation checklist, step by step
Use this HubSpot implementation checklist as an agenda for a kickoff call. It doubles as a short HubSpot implementation guide for a team doing its own setup. A HubSpot Marketing Hub implementation adds forms, email, landing pages, campaigns and reporting on top of the CRM steps, so the sending domain, subscription types and form mapping come early, before any campaign depends on them.
- Set the account defaults: time zone, currency and the fiscal calendar your reports follow.
- Create users and teams, and assign seats and permissions by job. HubSpot’s user permissions guide explains the seat types.
- Install the tracking code on every page of the site. Without it HubSpot cannot see visitor activity or non-HubSpot form submissions.
- Connect the sending domain and authenticate email before anything is sent.
- Create properties once, with names that match the process map.
- Build the deal pipelines with entry and exit rules.
- Set lifecycle stages and write a definition for each.
- Build forms and lead routing so each submission lands with an owner.
- Import cleaned records with unique identifiers.
- Connect integrations and test each direction of sync.
- Build workflows once the data underneath them is clean.
- Create reports and dashboards, then train each role on the screens it uses.
How long does HubSpot implementation take?
Four to twelve weeks is the span we work to, and three things decide where a project lands inside it: how complex the sales process is, how much data has to move, and how many other systems have to connect. A team with one pipeline, a clean spreadsheet and a website form sits near the short end. Several pipelines, a legacy CRM and phone and billing integrations sit near the long end. The scoping call exists to say which end applies to you.
Email authentication before the first send
HubSpot’s email authentication guide describes connecting a sending domain with DKIM, SPF and DMARC records, and warns against adding a second SPF record when one already exists. Mailbox providers have raised the bar as well. Google’s sender guidelines ask senders of more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, one-click unsubscribe and a spam rate under 0.30%. Yahoo’s sender practices ask for the same authentication and unsubscribes honored within two days. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide adds a postal address in marketing email and opt-outs honored within 10 business days.
How to implement HubSpot without stalling the sales team
Learning how to implement HubSpot while people are mid-deal is mostly a scheduling problem. Run the old and new systems side by side for a short, stated window. Freeze edits in the old system while the final import runs. Pick a cutover date and announce it early. After that date the new portal is the only system of record, and the old one goes read-only. Teams that keep both open indefinitely end up with two sets of numbers.
Inheriting a HubSpot portal that nobody on the team can explain?Send us access details and the three reports leadership asks for most. We reply with a free proposal that lists what we would audit first, what we would leave alone and what the work is quoted on.
HubSpot onboarding services and HubSpot’s own onboarding
HubSpot onboarding services come from two places: HubSpot’s own paid onboarding and an outside HubSpot onboarding agency like us. They answer different questions. HubSpot’s onboarding teaches its product against its standard setup. An outside firm builds your own process, data and reports into the portal.
Is HubSpot onboarding mandatory, and what does the onboarding fee cover?
On the pricing pages we read in October 2026, Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise each list a required, one-time onboarding fee, and so do Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise. HubSpot’s onboarding page describes onboarding as a customized plan built around your goals, size, products and tech stack. What HubSpot requires, charges or waives is HubSpot’s decision. Check the live pricing page for the edition you intend to buy, because the HubSpot onboarding fee applies to the subscription and not to our work.
What an onboarding agency adds after HubSpot’s onboarding
Once HubSpot has shown the product, the company’s own work remains: mapping the sales process, building properties and pipelines that match it, loading cleaned data, connecting other systems and writing short documentation. Training by role and a feedback loop in the first month then check that people are actually using what was built.
Training by role, so the portal gets used
Different people open different screens. Reps live in the contact, company and deal records and the task queue. Marketers work in forms, email and campaigns. Managers read dashboards and pipeline views. Admins handle properties, users and workflows. Training each team on only the screens it opens each day shortens the sessions and raises the odds that people return to them.
HubSpot migration services: moving CRM data without losing history
HubSpot migration services move records, activity history and consent from another system into HubSpot so the team starts on day one with data it trusts. Our method is the one we use for any CRM move: map the fields between systems, remove duplicates and standardize formats, decide what will not be migrated, test with a sample, migrate with a rollback plan, then set cleanup rules so the data stays clean. A HubSpot data migration that skips the “what not to move” decision usually imports years of clutter.
| Moving from | What moves first | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and owners | Custom objects, picklist values and which history is worth keeping |
| Pipedrive or Zoho | Organizations, people, deals and notes from a clean export | Fields with no HubSpot equivalent, and rows without a unique identifier |
| Spreadsheets | One tab per object, with a column tying each deal to its company | Mixed formats, duplicate rows and free-text columns |
| Marketo or Mailchimp | Subscription status and consent, then lists and engagement | Unsubscribes imported as subscribed, which must never happen |
| A website on another platform | Pages, redirects and tracking | Rankings and form handling after the switch |
How do you migrate from Salesforce to HubSpot?
A Salesforce to HubSpot migration starts with the objects: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities and any custom objects, plus the owners and picklist values that tie them together. HubSpot’s Salesforce integration syncs contacts, companies, deals and activities in both directions, but records do not move on their own after installation, so the load is planned separately. It also needs HubSpot Professional or Enterprise on one of the Hubs and a Salesforce administrator, and it uses Salesforce API calls against a daily limit. If the Salesforce org stays in use, our Salesforce development company page covers that side.
Pipedrive, Zoho and spreadsheet moves into HubSpot
A Pipedrive to HubSpot migration or a Zoho to HubSpot migration begins with an export and a field map. HubSpot’s import guide explains that rows are matched to existing records by a unique identifier, such as record ID, email for contacts or domain for companies, and that identical rows without one are treated as a single record. Spreadsheets deserve the same care: one tab per object, one column per property, and a column that ties each deal to its company.
Marketo and Mailchimp to HubSpot: lists, consent and email history
Moves from Marketo or Mailchimp are mostly about people’s permission. A Marketo to HubSpot migration or a Mailchimp to HubSpot migration should carry subscription status and consent first, and a contact who unsubscribed must never come back in as subscribed. Engagement history, list membership and campaign tags are mapped after that. The legal floor is set by rules such as CAN-SPAM, which requires opt-outs to be honored within 10 business days, and a clean consent record makes that easy to prove.
HubSpot website migration and WordPress to HubSpot
A HubSpot website migration moves pages between HubSpot and another platform with content, redirects, tracking and search rankings preserved. A WordPress to HubSpot migration, or a move the other way, is a job for a HubSpot website agency in the narrow sense of one that moves sites between platforms, HubSpot included. The method and the redirect map live on our website migration services page.
HubSpot inbound marketing and the inbound marketing agency role
HubSpot inbound marketing means drawing buyers in with content that answers their questions, then capturing and nurturing them in the CRM. An inbound marketing agency plans that content, publishes it and ties each visit to a contact record. The portal is the tool, and the marketing underneath it still has to be good.
What is HubSpot Marketing Hub, and what does it do for marketing?
HubSpot describes Marketing Hub as marketing software and automation built on the CRM. Its tools include email, forms, landing pages, campaign planning, social media management, automation, and reporting with attribution. What matters for a buyer is the join: every form fill and email click lands on a contact record that sales can see.
Content, SEO and forms that feed the CRM
Inbound works when three parts connect. Content answers what buyers ask. Search brings those buyers to it, and our SEO services start from about $1,500 a month. Forms map to properties so each visit becomes a record with a source. For the writing side, see our content marketing agency page. An inbound program with no search work behind it relies on whoever happens to share the link.
HubSpot email for newsletters, nurture and sales follow-up
HubSpot email marketing covers newsletters, nurture series and the one-to-one follow-up that sales sends from the same record. As a HubSpot email marketing agency we set up and run email in HubSpot accounts you own. Platform choice and deliverability practice are covered on our email marketing service page, and B2B programs on our B2B email marketing agency page.
HubSpot workflows and marketing automation, in brief
HubSpot marketing automation runs on workflows that act when a record meets a rule. This section is a summary; the full treatment, including tools beyond HubSpot, is on our marketing automation agency page. In HubSpot, workflows start from enrollment triggers and run actions such as sending email or assigning an owner, and the workflows feature belongs to the Professional and Enterprise editions of the Hubs, per HubSpot’s workflow guide.
Workflows, sequences and lead scoring we build in HubSpot
Workflows move records and send messages when conditions are met. Sequences give sales a timed series of follow-ups to a prospect. Scoring ranks contacts so sales sees the warmest ones first. Lifecycle stages update as people progress. Each is built after the underlying data is clean, because an automation on bad data only spreads the problem faster.
Keeping automations safe to change
Every automation we build has a named owner, a test record it was run on and a way to switch it off. Without those three, a workflow becomes a rule nobody dares touch. Adding them costs minutes at build time and saves days when an edit goes wrong.
Custom objects, CRM cards and HubSpot integrations
When the standard portal does not fit how a business works, a HubSpot development agency extends it. Custom objects hold records that are not contacts, companies or deals. CRM cards show outside data inside a record. Integrations connect the systems your team already uses. A HubSpot integration agency should be able to say which direction each connection syncs and what happens when it fails.
What custom objects and CRM cards are for
A custom object suits things a business tracks that the default objects cannot hold, such as installations, subscriptions or events. A CRM card shows information from another system on the record page, so a rep sees order or account status without leaving HubSpot. Both are covered in the HubSpot section of our HubSpot custom development page, where the scope is quoted after a written assessment.
What does HubSpot integrate with?
HubSpot runs a marketplace of connected apps, and a separate directory for finding service partners, on its ecosystem site. For systems with no ready connector, the work goes through HubSpot’s APIs, which is where our API development team comes in. List every system that must connect before scoping, since each one adds testing.
Connecting HubSpot to ads, the website and the phones
Leads reach HubSpot from forms, ad platforms and calls, and the useful loop sends information back, such as which leads became revenue. We connect the CRM to your ads and your website, and to phone systems where the project calls for it. See LinkedIn ads for the paid side and landing page design for the pages that feed forms.
Moving off Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or a pile of spreadsheets?Tell us which objects, how many records and which tools must stay connected. The free proposal sets out the field map, the test plan and the rollback, scoped in writing.
HubSpot audit: what a HubSpot portal audit checks
A HubSpot audit is a structured review of how the portal actually works, ending in a written assessment of what to fix first. A HubSpot portal audit looks at data quality, automation health, email setup, reporting and access. The grid below lists eight checks with our view of what good looks like.
Duplicates, empty properties and stale contacts
Cleanup starts with deduplication and field standardization, then archives what should not be kept. Required-field rules by stage prevent the same gaps from reopening, and enrichment fills what is missing where it is worth paying for. Stale contacts can also raise the bill, because each HubSpot marketing edition includes a set number of marketing contacts.
Workflows and email that nobody can explain
Older portals collect workflows and emails whose purpose has been forgotten. The audit lists them, tests each one, retires what cannot be explained and rebuilds what still matters. Deliverability gets the same look: if the sending domain shows anything less than fully authenticated, that comes before the next campaign.
Reports with written definitions
A report is only as good as its inputs. We check that each one runs on defined fields and that the definition is written down, so the pipeline figure in January means the same as in July.
HubSpot managed services and support after launch
HubSpot managed services keep the portal useful once the project ends: changes, new automations, reporting and cleanup. HubSpot support services from an outside team sit alongside whatever support HubSpot itself provides.
What a monthly HubSpot retainer covers
We provide ongoing administration as a retainer for changes, automations, reporting and cleanup. Retainers run month to month with 30 days of notice, and the retainer scope is written down so you know what a month buys.
HubSpot’s own support and when an agency is faster
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub pricing page, read in October 2026, lists email support for Starter and email and phone support for Professional and Enterprise. Vendor support answers how the product works. An agency answers how your portal should work, which is why a question about your own pipeline rules is usually faster to settle with the team that knows your configuration.
B2B HubSpot agency work: pipelines, RevOps and reporting
A B2B HubSpot agency spends most of its time on the join between marketing and sales: which source produced which opportunity, how long deals take and where they stall. HubSpot RevOps agency work is that same job given to a single owner for the whole revenue process.
Marketing source to revenue in one report
The report leadership wants ties marketing source to closed revenue. Around it sit pipeline by stage and source, conversion between stages, sales cycle length and forecast against actual. Each runs on defined fields. Our B2B marketing agency page covers the wider program.
HubSpot for SaaS and professional services firms
Software companies track trials, demos and renewals. Professional services firms track proposals, engagements and referral sources. Both fit a portal with a custom deal pipeline per motion. See B2B SaaS marketing agency and SaaS lead generation for the demand side.
Is HubSpot good for B2C?
It fits consumer businesses with considered purchases and service relationships, such as clinics, schools and home services. High-volume ecommerce often runs on a dedicated store and email platform instead. Where email is the main channel, our email marketing service page compares platforms.
HubSpot agency pricing and what HubSpot implementation costs
HubSpot agency pricing has two layers that buyers often blur. One is what HubSpot charges for the software and its onboarding. The other is what an outside team charges for design, migration and training. Our work is quoted after a written scope, and the sections below keep the two layers apart so a quote can be checked line by line.
How much does HubSpot implementation cost?
HubSpot implementation cost depends on scope, so we quote after a written scope, and a project is fixed price once discovery is done. Six things move the quote: the Hubs and editions in play, the number of records to migrate, the integrations, any custom objects, the reports to build and the amount of training. A hubspot consulting pricing conversation that does not start from those six is guessing. The HubSpot migration cost follows the same logic, driven by record counts, the condition of the source data and how many systems feed it.
HubSpot’s own subscription and onboarding fees
These are HubSpot’s list prices, read on hubspot.com in October 2026, and they are not ours. HubSpot shows a second figure for some editions depending on the billing option, so check the live page for the one that applies to you.
| Hub and edition | Starting price | Seats and contacts shown | Required onboarding fee shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing Hub Starter | Starts at $7 per seat a month | 1,000 marketing contacts | None listed |
| Marketing Hub Professional | Starts at $800 a month | 3 core seats, 2,000 marketing contacts; extra core seats from $45 a month | $3,000, one time |
| Marketing Hub Enterprise | Starts at $3,600 a month | 5 core seats, 10,000 marketing contacts; extra core seats from $75 a month | $7,000, one time |
| Sales Hub Professional | Starts at $90 per seat a month | Priced per seat | $1,500, one time |
| Sales Hub Enterprise | Starts at $150 per seat a month | Priced per seat | $3,500, one time |
HubSpot’s Sales Hub page and the Marketing Hub page both say the displayed price excludes the required onboarding on the two higher editions. We never say we can waive, discount or replace that fee, because it belongs to HubSpot.
What do HubSpot consulting rates look like?
People searching for HubSpot consulting rates, or a HubSpot consultant hourly rate, usually want a number to compare. We do not quote hours. We quote a fixed scope, and ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer. That keeps the cost of a change from depending on how long someone happens to take, and it puts the deliverables in writing. Ask any firm quoting by the hour what the estimate covers and what happens when it runs over.
Is HubSpot worth it?
HubSpot is worth it when one team genuinely uses one record, so marketing and sales stop reconciling spreadsheets. The advantages and disadvantages are mostly about cost growth. Contacts, seats and editions all push the bill up as the company grows, and the pricing pages show each tier’s included seats and contacts. Check the next tier up at the size you expect to be in two years. The question of whether the free tier is enough is covered in our CRM software examples guide.
How to compare HubSpot agencies and HubSpot consulting companies
HubSpot agencies and HubSpot consulting companies sell different bundles under similar names, so compare scope before price. HubSpot marketing agencies tend to lead with content and campaigns, while pure consultancies lead with configuration. The best HubSpot agency for you is the one whose written scope matches the job you actually have.
HubSpot partner tiers: what HubSpot’s program measures
HubSpot runs a Solutions Partner Program for service firms and consultancies, and a HubSpot partner agency is one that HubSpot lists in its directory with a badge. HubSpot’s directory page names four tiers: Elite, Diamond, Platinum and Gold. Neither page states the criteria for them. Our view, laid out in what platform partner badges prove, is that badges in programs like this mostly show how large an agency is and how heavily it uses the platform, which is not the same as how well it serves a buyer, so treat a badge as one signal and test the rest yourself.
Questions to ask a HubSpot consultant before you sign
Five questions separate a plan from a pitch. Who designs the process, and who configures it? How will the migration be tested, and what is the rollback? How will adoption be planned? Who owns the portal and the documentation? And which platforms do they work in, and do they earn referral fees from vendors? The right answer to the ownership question is always you.
| Requirement | How to check it |
|---|---|
| A written process map comes first | Ask to see a sample map with names removed, and when it is delivered relative to configuration |
| Migration is tested | Ask how a sample is checked, who approves it and what the rollback plan is |
| Ownership is clear | Ask who holds the portal login, the data and the documentation at the end |
| Adoption is planned | Ask what training each role gets and what happens in the first month |
| The scope is specific | Ask for Hubs, record counts, integrations and reports named in the quote |
| Pricing separates the layers | Ask that HubSpot’s own fees and the agency’s fee appear on different lines |
Red flags in a HubSpot implementation quote
Four patterns signal trouble: seats sold before the process is mapped, no rollback plan for a migration, automations scheduled before the data is clean, and reports with no written definitions. Any one of them is fixable before signing and expensive to fix after.

HubSpot or Salesforce: settle the platform question first
The HubSpot vs Salesforce question is cheaper to settle before implementation than after. It turns on where the sales team already works, how complex the sales process is and who will administer the system.
When HubSpot fits
HubSpot fits companies that would rather run campaigns, deals and support from a single product with lighter administration, especially when the CRM sits at the middle of how sales works. It is a natural home for marketing-led teams that want campaign data and deal data in one place.
When Salesforce or another CRM fits better
Salesforce or another CRM may fit better where the sales process is complex, administration is staffed, or the rest of the stack already centers on it. Our Salesforce development company page weighs HubSpot Marketing Hub against Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud agency page covers that platform.
How AI assistants answer “who is a good HubSpot consultant?”
Buyers now put questions like this to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google’s AI features. The answers are drawn from pages those systems can read, so a clear page helps an agency get described accurately. Nothing here is a promise of placement.
What assistants draw on when buyers ask about HubSpot agencies
Typical inputs are an agency’s own service pages, HubSpot’s directory, third-party reviews and plain-text statements of scope and price. Google’s AI features guidance says there are no extra requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, only that a page is indexed and eligible to show a snippet. It also advises keeping important content in text.
What a HubSpot agency should publish to be described accurately
Publish the services you offer, the platforms you work in, what you do not resell, where you are based and how projects are priced. Plain statements beat slogans. Our AEO for B2B companies page goes further into structuring pages so they are quoted correctly.
Working with Progression as your HubSpot marketing agency
Progression is based in New York and works with companies across the United States and worldwide, usually remotely inside your portal. As your HubSpot marketing agency we handle the consulting, implementation, migration, automation and managed work described above, scoped in writing.
What we need to scope a HubSpot project
Start by sending three things: access to the system you use today, the pipeline stages as your team describes them and a list of the tools that need to connect. A written assessment and a fixed quote come back to you.
Your portal, your data, your documentation
You own the portal, the data and the documentation, and we are not paid by vendors for our recommendations. If we advise a different platform than HubSpot, we say so in writing with the reasoning.
