Financial Services Marketing Agency: A Financial Marketing Agency for Banks, Credit Unions, Lenders, Wealth, Insurance and Fintech

Updated October 2026 · Written and maintained by the Progression Agency strategy team

A financial services marketing agency has to grow accounts, loans, assets or policies without breaking the rules each charter and license brings. We work as a financial marketing agency across the category: search and content, paid search and paid social inside the platforms’ financial policies, email, websites and reporting, with your compliance team approving before anything goes live. Financial services marketing differs from other industries in who regulates the ad, not only in what it says. This page maps those rules, explains financial services digital marketing channel by channel, and links to our page for each kind of institution.

The short answerStart with the rule map, not the campaign. Name the regulator for each entity you advertise for, check each platform’s financial policy, set the approval order with your compliance team and decide what counts as a result before spend begins. Then choose channels by product. Segment tactics live on the pages for banks, credit unions, lenders, advisors, insurers and fintechs, which this page links to.

Federal rules, FINRA rules and platform policies were read on their official sites in October 2026 and can change. Market price bands are published figures read in October 2026. General information, not legal advice. Your compliance team decides how the rules apply to your firm.

What does a financial services marketing agency do?

It plans and runs the marketing that brings in accounts, loans, assets under management or policies, and it does so around the advertising rules that attach to the charter or license behind the product. The distinguishing skill is not creative flair. It is knowing which rule applies to which ad, and building the approval step into the calendar.

The jobs: accounts, loans, assets and policies

Different firms want different outcomes, and the marketing is built backwards from the one that counts. A deposit institution wants funded accounts. A lender wants closed loans. An advisory firm wants qualified consultations that become clients. An insurer wants bound policies. A fintech wants activated users.

  • Funded accounts and balances for banks and credit unions.
  • Closed loans for lenders and mortgage companies.
  • Booked consultations and assets for advisors and asset managers.
  • Quotes and bound policies for insurance.
  • Activated, retained customers for fintech and payments products.

The channels we run

Search and content, paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and automation, local listings, websites, analytics and public relations scoping are all part of the work, and each is covered by its own Progression page. Not every firm needs all of them; the products and the audience decide the mix.

  • Search and content, including financial services SEO.
  • Paid search and paid social inside platform financial policies.
  • Programmatic and LinkedIn for business buyers.
  • Email, lifecycle messages and automation.
  • Websites, calculators and reporting.

Your compliance team approves, we keep the record

Nothing goes live until your compliance team has approved it. On our side, the record is kept in general terms: which version was approved, by whom and on what date, along with the final copy as published. That gives your team something to point to when an examiner or an auditor asks.

Financial services marketing: what makes it different

This category differs from marketing a restaurant or a software tool in three ways: customers decide whether to trust the firm before they ever click, the regulator changes with the charter or license, and the decision is usually tied to a life or business event that takes time.

Trust is decided before the first click

People handing over money or personal data look for signals before they read a word: a recognizable name, visible insurance or registration statements, a real address and a phone number that is answered. Reviews, press and the look of the website do the work that a handshake does in a branch.

The regulator depends on the charter or license

A national bank, a state credit union, a broker-dealer and an insurance agency are overseen by different bodies, and each body has its own advertising expectations. The same sentence can be fine for one entity and need extra disclosure for another. Work out which entities the ad speaks for before writing it.

Long decisions tied to life and business events

Few people shop for a mortgage, a retirement plan or a treasury service on a whim. The decision follows a move, a birth, a sale or a funding round, and often takes weeks of comparison. Marketing has to be present early, stay useful during the wait and make the next step easy when the event arrives.

Which financial firms do we market, and where does each page go deeper?

This page is the category overview for firms that span several products or are choosing an agency for the whole category. Tactics specific to a segment, such as deposit campaigns, advisor niches, fund marketing or quote paths, are on the segment pages, one for each kind of institution.

Banks: Banks. Deposits, loans and branch growth. Our bank marketing agency page goes deeper.
CUs: Credit unions. Member growth and shared branches. Our credit union marketing page goes deeper.
Loans: Lenders and mortgage. Applications, rate pages and referral partners. Our mortgage marketing page goes deeper.
Wealth: Wealth and advisors. Advisor niches and consultation requests. Our financial advisor marketing page goes deeper.
Funds: Asset managers. Fund pages and distributor support. Our asset management marketing page goes deeper.
Cover: Insurance. Quote paths and agency growth. Our insurance agency marketing page goes deeper.
Fintech: Fintech and payments. Trust, onboarding and partner rules. Our fintech marketing agency page goes deeper.

Deposit institutions: banks and credit unions

Deposit institutions grow accounts, balances and loans across branches and digital channels. Our bank marketing agency page covers community and regional banks, and our credit union marketing page covers member growth and shared branches. Search for banks is on SEO for banks.

Lenders and mortgage companies

Lenders compete on speed, rate pages and referral partners, and their ads face the most prescriptive disclosure rules. Our mortgage marketing page covers the lender side, and mortgage lead generation covers inquiries from borrowers.

Wealth managers, advisors and asset managers

Advisory firms win clients through a niche and a consultation, while fund managers market to distributors and investors. See financial advisor marketing, financial advisor lead generation, social media for financial advisors and asset management marketing.

Insurance: independent agencies, brokers and carriers

Insurance marketing is built on quote paths, local trust and licensed producers. Our insurance agency marketing page covers the agency side, insurance lead generation covers inquiries and insurance branding covers the brand.

Fintech and payments companies

Fintechs often sit between a partner bank and the customer, so two sets of rules shape the message. Our fintech marketing agency page covers growth for payments, lending and wealth products, and fintech branding covers the identity side.

The rules map: who regulates financial advertising

Financial services marketing compliance starts with a list: which rule set applies to which entity and which kind of ad. The notes below restate what the official texts say about advertising, in plain words. This page is not legal advice, and your compliance team decides how each rule applies to your firm.

Grid of seven kinds of financial firm with the main rule set, the ad disclosure to plan for and the platform check for each: bank, credit union, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, insurer and fintech partner.Grid of seven kinds of financial firm with the main rule set, the ad disclosure to plan for and the platform check for each: bank, credit union, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, insurer and fintech partner.
Use it as a checklist for the conversation with your compliance team, not as a legal reading.

FINRA Rule 2210 for broker-dealer communications

FINRA’s Rule 2210 governs communications with the public by member firms and sorts them into correspondence, retail communications and institutional communications. A retail communication is one made available to more than 25 retail investors in any 30 calendar-day period, and a registered principal must approve it before use or filing. The content standards require communications to be fair and balanced and bar false, exaggerated, unwarranted, promissory or misleading claims. Our asset management marketing page has a section on the rule for fund distributors.

What the SEC Marketing Rule asks of advisers’ ads

For registered investment advisers, 17 CFR 275.206(4)-1 prohibits ads that contain untrue or unsubstantiated statements, discuss benefits without fair and balanced treatment of material risks, or present performance in a way that is not fair and balanced. Testimonials and endorsements are allowed only when the adviser meets the rule’s conditions, including prominent disclosures about the speaker, any compensation and conflicts of interest, plus oversight and a written agreement. Gross performance must be shown with net performance of equal prominence.

Part 328: how banks show FDIC membership in ads

Under 12 CFR part 328, an insured depository institution includes the official advertising statement in ads that promote deposit products or non-specific banking services; the short title “Member FDIC” may be used. Digital deposit-taking channels must display the FDIC official digital sign on the home page, the login page and the page where an account opening starts, and show signage that non-deposit products are not insured, are not deposits and may lose value.

Credit unions and NCUA insurance notices

The rule for insured credit unions, 12 CFR part 740, bars advertising that is inaccurate or deceptive in any particular. Ads must carry the official advertising statement, such as “Insured by NCUA,” and it must be legible and no smaller than the smallest text meant to inform the consumer. The official sign is also required on the website pages where the credit union takes deposits or opens accounts.

Credit and deposit ads: Regulation Z and Regulation DD

Credit ads fall under Regulation Z, 12 CFR 1026.24. An ad may state only terms the creditor actually offers; a stated finance charge rate must be an “annual percentage rate”; and a trigger term such as a down payment amount, the number of payments, a payment amount or a finance charge amount requires further terms in the ad. Deposit ads fall under Regulation DD, 12 CFR part 1030: ads must not mislead, an account with maintenance or activity fees may not be called “free,” and a stated rate of return must be an “annual percentage yield,” with extra disclosures such as minimum balance and the effect of fees.

What platform rules apply to financial ads?

Financial services advertising strategy has to fit each platform’s own financial policy as well as the law, because an account can be disapproved for reasons no regulator would raise. Read the current policy before a campaign is built, not after it is rejected.

Google’s financial products and services policy and verification

Google’s financial products and services policy says disclosures must be clearly visible without a click or a hover, and that advertisers must provide the physical address of the business, all associated fees and links to any accreditation they claim. Personal loans have added requirements, including repayment terms and a maximum APR on the destination page. Some locations also require advertisers to complete financial services verification with licensing details, one location at a time, as Google’s verification page describes.

Meta’s rules for credit, loans and financial ads

Meta publishes its own advertising standards, separate from the rules above. Read the current version before you design audiences or creative for a financial offer, and expect review to take part of your schedule.

LinkedIn and programmatic for B2B finance

Business buyers of treasury, payments and commercial lending products are a different audience from consumers, and the same financial review applies to every ad shown to them. Our LinkedIn ads page covers business campaigns on that platform, and programmatic advertising covers display and video placements.

Financial services digital marketing, channel by channel

Financial services digital marketing is a mix, not a single channel. A digital marketing agency for financial services should be able to say which channel serves which product and how each one is approved. Financial marketing solutions are built by matching the two.

Flow chart of eight steps in order: compliance review, ad or search result, page with disclosures, application, verification, funded or bound, onboarding and cross-sell.Flow chart of eight steps in order: compliance review, ad or search result, page with disclosures, application, verification, funded or bound, onboarding and cross-sell.
Counting funded or bound outcomes at the end of this chain is what separates marketing results from form fills.

Search and content

Searchers ask money questions long before they choose a firm, so useful pages that answer them earn trust and inquiries over time. Our financial services SEO page covers the search side in depth.

Search ads and social ads inside financial policies

Paid search captures people who are already looking, and paid social introduces products to people who are not. Both pass through platform financial policies and your own approvals. See PPC management for how paid accounts are run.

Email and lifecycle messages

Email serves welcome sequences, product education and reminders for customers who agreed to hear from you. Privacy rules under Regulation P, 12 CFR part 1016 require financial institutions to give customers privacy notices and set conditions for sharing nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, which is why consent and data use deserve care. Our email marketing service page covers the build.

Branches, offices and advisor locations depend on local discovery. Keep hours, categories and addresses accurate on every listing; see Google Business Profile optimization. A branch listing carries the same name and statements as the website.

Websites and calculators

The website is where required statements, rates and tools have to be easy to read. Calculators and application paths belong in the template so approved wording is reused. Our financial services website design page covers templates and approved-wording blocks.

Content marketing for financial services

Content is how a firm shows it knows the subject before anyone has become a customer. A financial services content marketing agency should treat each page as a document that may be read by a customer, a competitor and a regulator.

Explainers, calculators and rate pages kept current

Money pages go stale quickly. A rate page with last quarter’s figures or an explainer with an old rule can mislead, so give each page an owner and a review date, and retire pages that no longer apply.

  • An owner for every money page.
  • A visible date when the page was last reviewed.
  • A removal rule for pages that go stale.
  • Rates and terms pulled from one approved source.

Named reviewers and review dates on money pages

A named reviewer with relevant credentials, plus a review date, tells readers and search systems who stands behind a page. Use only real people who agreed to be named, and keep their titles accurate.

Thought leadership for B2B buyers

Treasury, payments and commercial banking buyers read analysis, not slogans. Original data, clear explanations of changes and honest comparisons build credibility with finance leaders. Our B2B content marketing page covers how that content is produced.

Financial advertising: creative, offers and disclosures

A financial advertising agency writes the headline and the fine print together. Financial advertising services that treat disclosures as an afterthought create work for the compliance team; finance advertising services that write them into the layout from the start get approved faster.

Rates, fees and trigger terms

When an ad states a specific term, more disclosure can follow. Under Regulation Z, stating a down payment, a number of payments, a payment amount or a finance charge brings in added terms; under Regulation DD, stating a yield brings in conditions such as minimum balance and the effect of fees. Build those into the template.

Testimonials and endorsements in financial ads

Advisers follow the SEC Marketing Rule and broker-dealers follow FINRA’s testimonial provisions, which require a prominent statement that a testimonial may not be representative and is no guarantee of future performance, plus a paid-testimonial note when more than $100 in value is paid. Other firms follow the FTC’s endorsement guides, which require clear disclosure of any material connection, such as payment or free product.

Disclosures people can read on a phone

Most financial ads are seen on a phone. Required text that is legible on a desktop can become unreadable on a small screen, so check proofs at real size. Put key statements near the claim they qualify rather than behind a link, which is also what Google’s policy asks for.

Marketing moves faster when the reviewers are part of the plan. Agree who reviews what, and in what order, before the first draft is written.

A common order is marketing draft, compliance review, legal review where required, and final approval by the person accountable for the entity. Write the order down, name the people and agree a target for each step.

  1. Marketing drafts the ad, the page and the disclosures.
  2. Compliance reviews against the rules for that entity.
  3. Legal reviews where the content or the offer needs it.
  4. The accountable approver signs off the final version.
  5. Marketing publishes the approved version and files the record.

Keeping approvals and versions

Keep each approved version with its date and approver. Registered advisers have a specific duty here: 17 CFR 275.204-2 requires a copy of each advertisement the adviser disseminates, with limited exceptions for oral advertising. Other firms have their own record-keeping rules, which your compliance team applies.

How do you move fast without skipping review?

Speed comes from reuse, not shortcuts. Pre-approved blocks for disclosures, rate language and calls to action mean a new ad only needs review for what changed. Bundling several assets in one submission and giving reviewers the context in a short note also shortens each round.

B2B financial services marketing

It sells treasury, payments, commercial lending, benefits and investment services to companies, where a committee decides and the cycle is long.

Treasury, payments and commercial banking buyers

Buyers are finance leaders, operations heads and owners, and their questions are about cost, integration, risk and support. Messages that name the problem, such as reconciliation, cash visibility or payment failures, get further than ones that list product features.

Account-based campaigns and LinkedIn

Account-based campaigns pick a list of target companies and speak to the several people who will weigh in. Our B2B marketing page covers account-based programs, and LinkedIn is one of the places they run.

Content a CFO will read

A CFO reads short, specific, quantified material: a one page comparison, a cost model with assumptions stated, a risk checklist. Avoid claims you cannot support, and leave out figures your compliance team has not approved.

Financial services marketing strategy

A strategy chooses which products to push, to whom, through which channels and how success is counted. Financial services marketing automation then carries the plan through the customer’s life with the firm.

Choosing which products to push

Priorities come from margin, operating capacity and the product mix you want in two years, not from whichever product is easiest to advertise. Avoid promoting products the team cannot service well, and do not build plans around forecasts of rates.

  • Margin and lifetime value of each product.
  • Capacity to underwrite, onboard and service new customers.
  • Where the firm is credible compared with rivals.
  • Rules and approvals that slow a particular product.

Lifecycle and cross-sell for current customers

Existing customers are the cheapest audience to reach, and their next product needs usually follow clear triggers: a new account, a life change, a balance change. Automation can send well-timed messages to those who agreed to hear them; see marketing automation.

Brand and performance in one plan

Brand work builds the trust that makes performance campaigns cheaper, and performance work shows which messages deserve more brand investment. Plan them together. Our fintech branding page covers identity for newer firms, and branding for financial advisors covers advisory practices.

Measuring financial services marketing

It means following the money through the full chain, from the ad to a funded account, a closed loan, assets under management or a bound policy.

Funded accounts, funded loans, assets and bound policies

Form fills and clicks are early signals. The outcomes that matter are the ones finance leaders count: funded accounts, closed loans, assets moved and bound policies. Agree these definitions with finance before launch and report on them in the same words.

Attribution without sharing customer financial data

Attribution can work with aggregated conversions and consented events, rather than by sending customer financial data to ad platforms. Regulation P limits sharing nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, so check your privacy notice and your counsel’s view before any data leaves the institution.

Reports a board and an examiner can read

A good report states the period, the spend, the outcomes, the method and the changes made, in terms that a board member can follow and an examiner can trace to approved materials. Our marketing analytics page covers the build.

How AI assistants answer money questions

Searchers now ask assistants about rates, fees and who to trust. Assistants repeat what public pages say, so accurate, dated pages give them something correct to repeat. No firm can be promised a mention.

Facts assistants repeat: rates, fees, eligibility and licensing

Keep the facts identical wherever they appear and date them, so the current version is clear:

  • Rates and fees, with the date they were last checked.
  • Eligibility rules, such as membership or minimums.
  • Licenses, charters and insurance statements as required.
  • Branch, phone and hours details.

Pages to publish for assistants

Plain pages for each product, a fees page, an eligibility page and a licensing page give assistants citeable text. Google says its AI features need no special markup, and that a page must be indexed and eligible for a snippet, in its AI features guidance. See AEO for financial services for the full approach.

How to choose a financial services marketing agency

Choosing among financial marketing agencies is mostly a test of process. A financial services marketing company that can describe approvals, records and verification in specific terms has probably done the work before.

Questions to ask financial services marketing agencies

The cards above list six questions. Add one about your own situation: how the agency would handle the entity structure you actually have. A bank holding company with a broker-dealer and an insurance agency, for example, needs separate approvals for each.

Who: Who approves. Ask who signs off on each ad and page, and in what order.
Records: How records are kept. Ask how versions, approvals and dates are stored so an examiner can follow them.
Verify: Which platforms need verification. Ask how platform rules are checked before a campaign is built.
Count: How results are counted. Ask whether results mean funded accounts, closed loans or only form fills.
Never: What they will not run. Ask what is refused outright, such as guarantees, purchased lists and misleading rates.
Exit: How you exit. Ask who owns the ad accounts, the data and the files if you leave.

Red flags: guaranteed returns, guaranteed approvals, purchased lists

Be wary of any agency that promises results the rules do not allow it to promise, or that depends on tactics regulators and platforms discourage:

  • Guaranteed returns, yields or account growth.
  • Guaranteed loan approvals or rates.
  • Purchased or scraped email and phone lists.
  • Reluctance to put review steps in the schedule.
  • No clear answer on who owns the ad accounts.

A specialist agency or a generalist with a compliance checklist?

A specialist knows the rules before the project starts, so review is shorter. A generalist with a checklist can work when the product is simple and your compliance team does the heavy lifting. Match the choice to how much of the rule knowledge you want to buy and how much you already have.

Your first 90 days with a financial marketing agency

A new engagement works best when the first three months have a clear order. The timeline below shows the stretches; the sections that follow say what happens in each.

Timeline of the first 90 days: days 1 to 30 rules inventory, tracking and approvals; days 31 to 60 the first compliant campaigns; days 61 to 90 content, measurement and the next quarter.Timeline of the first 90 days: days 1 to 30 rules inventory, tracking and approvals; days 31 to 60 the first compliant campaigns; days 61 to 90 content, measurement and the next quarter.
Review time sits inside each stretch, so the dates move with your approvals.

Days 1 to 30: rules inventory, tracking and approvals

Start by listing each entity, product and channel and the rules that apply to each. Set up tracking so funded outcomes can be counted, and agree the approval order and the people involved. No campaign goes live in this stretch.

Days 31 to 60: the first compliant campaigns

Launch a small number of campaigns, each built from approved templates, with disclosures in place and tracking tested. Keep the scope narrow enough that every ad can be reviewed properly and every result can be traced.

Days 61 to 90: content, measurement and the next quarter

Add content that answers the questions customers ask, review what the first campaigns produced and decide what to expand. Close the quarter with a report that states outcomes in the terms finance uses.

What does a financial services marketing agency cost?

The cost depends on the entities, the products, the channels and the review burden. Below are how we price and what the market publishes for comparison.

How we price: a written scope per program

Financial marketing programs and paid media management are quoted after a written scope that lists the entities, products, channels and reporting. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and is separate from our fees.

Our published prices

Some parts of a financial marketing program have prices on our site. Our SEO services start at $1,500 a month. Our social media marketing pricing lists three packages at $850, $1,850 and $3,400 a month. Websites are listed on website design as starting points.

What the market charges for financial marketing work

Published figures give a sense of the market. They describe agency work in general, not Progression’s quote and not financial services in particular:

Frequently asked questions

What can a financial services marketing agency handle that a generalist cannot?
It starts from the rules: which regulator and rule set apply to each entity, which disclosures an ad needs and which platforms require verification. It also builds approvals and records into the schedule, so your compliance team reviews finished materials rather than discovering problems after launch. A generalist can learn this, but you pay for the learning.
Do a financial marketing agency and a finance marketing agency mean the same thing?
In practice, yes: the same buyer, the same channels and the same work. Names such as financial marketing agencies and finance marketing agencies are used interchangeably, so judge an agency by the scope it offers for your kind of firm rather than by the label.
What does financial services marketing mean for a bank or an advisory firm?
It is marketing for accounts, loans, investments, insurance and payments products, carried out under the advertising rules that apply to each product and entity. The audience is deciding whether to trust a firm with money or data, so credibility, clear disclosures and accurate terms carry more weight than in most industries.
Which regulators affect our ads?
It depends on the charter or license. FINRA covers member broker-dealers, the SEC covers registered investment advisers, the FDIC covers insured banks and the NCUA covers insured credit unions. Credit, deposit and privacy rules sit in Regulations Z, DD and P, and states regulate insurers and many lenders. Your compliance team confirms what applies.
Do Google and Meta allow financial ads?
Yes, within their policies. Google’s financial products and services policy sets disclosure rules and some locations require financial services verification. Meta has its own advertising standards. Read both before building campaigns, because policies change.
What does financial services digital marketing include?
Search and content, paid search, paid social, programmatic and LinkedIn for business buyers, email and automation, local listings for branches, websites and calculators, and reporting that counts funded outcomes. A given firm uses the mix that fits its products.
Can a bank, a broker-dealer and an insurer share one agency?
Yes, with separate approvals for each entity. Different rules apply to each, so the agency needs a clear list of which entity an ad speaks for and who signs it off. Keeping workstreams separate also keeps records clean.
How do you handle testimonials for investment advisers?
Only as the SEC Marketing Rule allows. The rule sets conditions for testimonials and endorsements, including disclosures, adviser oversight and a written agreement for compensated ones. Your compliance team decides whether a testimonial can run, and we do not write one for a client who has not given it.
When does a rate in an ad require more disclosure?
When the ad uses a trigger term. Under Regulation Z, a stated down payment, number of payments, payment amount or finance charge brings in further terms, and a stated rate must be an annual percentage rate. Under Regulation DD, a stated yield brings in conditions such as minimum balance. Your compliance team confirms the wording.
Who reviews the ads and pages, and who keeps the approval record?
Your compliance team, and legal or risk where your process requires it. We draft within approved templates and keep the versions, dates and approvers on file so you can show what ran and when.
How long does compliance review add to a campaign?
It depends on your process and on how much of a campaign reuses approved wording. Put the review steps in the calendar from the first day, and use pre-approved blocks so new work needs review only for what changed. We give no fixed figure.
Can you write content for credit unions and banks in the same market?
Yes, as separate workstreams with separate approvals. The two use different insurance statements and have different audiences, so the copy, the pages and the records are kept apart.
Do you offer financial services PR?
Public relations is scoped in a written proposal. If you are comparing a financial services PR agency with a marketing agency, the question to ask is who clears statements about your firm. See our public relations page for how the work is scoped.
How is B2B financial services marketing different?
Buyers are committees of finance leaders, cycles are long and each person wants different proof. Account lists, LinkedIn and content a CFO will read matter more than broad reach. Compliance review still applies to every claim.
What goes into a financial services marketing strategy?
Product priorities based on margin and capacity, the audience for each product, lifecycle and cross-sell for current customers, how brand and performance work together and the measures that count, such as funded accounts and closed loans. It excludes forecasts of rates or returns.
How do you measure financial marketing without sharing customer data?
With aggregated conversions and consented events instead of customer financial records. Regulation P sets limits on sharing nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, so your privacy notice and counsel decide what may leave the institution.
Do platform rules differ for crypto and digital asset firms?
Yes. Google’s financial products and services policy has a separate section for cryptocurrencies and related products, and other platforms set their own rules. We do not cover token promotion on this page.
Do AI assistants quote our rates?
They can repeat what public pages say, so keep rates, fees and eligibility accurate and dated on your own pages. Google says its AI features need no special markup, and no one can promise a mention.
Which marketing work should a bank or advisory firm keep in-house?
Many firms keep approvals, voice, customer data and relationships inside, and buy search, paid media, content production and reporting. A hybrid model works when the roles are written down.
What should we ask financial services marketing agencies in a pitch?
How approvals run, how records are kept, how platform rules are checked before a campaign is built, how results are counted and who owns the ad accounts. Ask what they refuse to run.
Do you guarantee account or AUM growth?
No. We run the work, track funded outcomes and report what happened. Guarantees of returns, approvals or growth are a warning sign, and the rules for some firms do not allow such promises.
How much a month should a firm budget for a financial services marketing agency?
